TCP Pune Chapter presents its Foundation Day event in collaboration with Dorf Brewhouse. The brewhouse is a German tavern inspired space, built around exceptional craft beer. Their food brings together thoughtfully crafted Indian and European flavours that pair beautifully with the brews.

The very talented team at Dorf has curated a fantastic menu - 

Appetizers
1. Piggy Ribs - 6 Hours Slow Cooked Pork Ribs
2. Pork BTS - Pork Belly Cubes in Korean Firecracker sauce over mini tartlets
3. Pork Frikadellen - German Pan-Fried Meatballs with Green Apple Mousse
4. Polenta crusted chicken - Crunchy Tender Chicken Served with Homemade Sweet Chilli Sauce

Mains
1. Fontainhas Pork Curry - Portuguese-Goan style Pork Curry served with Brun Pav
2. Teriyaki Oink Bowl - Scallion-Garlic Rice, Bok Choy, Kimchi
